Device metadata, IP address, feature usage, and anonymized analytics that help us keep the platform fast, accessible, and relevant.
Files & uploaded URLs
CSV, XLSX, or pasted URLs that you process through our tools. We access them only to fulfill the requested extraction or filtering task, then purge them on a scheduled basis.
Support conversations
Notes captured during consulting calls or shared in documentation spaces, helping us deliver continuity across engagements while respecting confidentiality.
